Police Have Unedited Tape Of Teen Mom Beating Ex

The unedited video of Teen Mom star Amber Portwood beating her ex boyfriend Gary Shirley is in the hands of the Anderson, Indiana Police Department, TMZ reports. 

The episode was filmed approximately six months ago and showed the reality star lashing out at her ex by cursing and punching him several times.  In one scene she kicks the father of their 2-year-old daughter, Leah. 

Throughout the abuse, Gary Shirley, noticeably larger than the hot tempered, and furious Amber Portwood, remained calm and threw no punches towards Amber.

Since the video has aired the couple’s daughter has been living with Gary Shirley.

TMZ reports that the Anderson Police Department confirmed they subpoenaed MTV for the unedited footage as well as any evidence that shows domestic violence.

If Leah was present during the attack, Amber Portwood may be charged with felony domestic violence or assault charges

Lil Wayne Is Not Allowed To Drink For 3 Years!

Lil' Wayne may be out of the slammer, but according to the terms of his probation - which he signed - he "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" for the next 36 months…AKA 3 YEARS!

He's also prohibited from associating with any anyone engaged in criminal activity, anyone with a criminal record, and must submit to random drug and alcohol testing.

If he violates any terms of his probation, he'll be sent to prison to serve the remainder of his time!

Wow. They are not messing around here.

We sincerely hope that he can behave himself, but we have a sinking suspicion that it's only a matter of time before he's back behind bars!

Angelia Will Not Be Releasing "I'm Hot" Single

For the sake of the public and all of our ear drums, this is probably for the best.

The Jersey Shore's Angelina was prepped to terrorize the world last month with a single called I'm Hot, but as we all know, October came and went without any vocal stylingz from the Staten Island-bred reality star!

We're hearing now that this is because she doesn't feel that her hard work and natural talents are being compensated enough financially!

According to Angelina, her producer, Andy Stein, attempted to eff her over with a unsatisfactory contract, and she refused to sign, but Stein maintains,  

"I agreed to give [Angelina] exactly what she asked for."

Miley's Mom Had An Affair With Bret Michaels!!!!

We figure it had to have been something like this that would break them up, but THIS we would have never guessed!

Sources are reporting that the reason Miley Cyrus' parents are splitting up is because her mother had an affair with Bret Michaels!

WHAT?! How could you, Tish?! And with someone so…similar! We would have expected, at the very least, you'd turn cougar or something! But Bret?! Really? Did you ever consider what this would do to Billy Ray's achy breaky heart?!

For shame!

Sources are reporting that Tish was spotted with Bret at one of his shows last February and that the two took meeting together, supposedly to discuss Tish's production company adapting Bret's book into a movie.

Now we know what they were really doing - and so does Billy Ray! We're told as soon as he learned about the affair, he filed for a divorce.

Of course, reps for both Bret and Tish deny any "affair" or "fling," but one Cyrus inside insists, "It was a professional relationship that turned into something more."

Wow! Who's bright idea was it to hook Miley up with Bret for a duet anyway?!?! They're to blame for this!

Oh wait, that would have been Billy Ray. Never mind!

PETA Offers To Pay LiLo's Rehab Bill

PETA, finding out that Linds has fallen on "tough economic times" has offered to help pay for her rehab…under one condition.

She has to live substance free, including the most toxic substance, MEAT!

The letter sent to Lindsay read:

Dear Lindsay,
We understand that you've fallen on tough economic times, so we're writing to you with an offer that we sincerely hope you'll consider.
PETA will help pay your $50,000 bill for substance addiction treatment if you'll rid yourself of one more toxic substance: meat. As you know, a crucial part of any recovery is showing charity to others. One way to do this is to be kind to animals, the Earth, and your own body. You'll never regret it.
When animals are crammed together on factory farms, disease spreads fast, so cows, chickens, and other animals are fed large amounts of antibiotics to make them grow more quickly and keep them alive in filthy conditions that would otherwise kill them. However, the health risks involved in using such methods are so great that many countries have banned the use of antibiotics and hormones in animals who are raised and killed for food. Big Poppa Is In Debt

Lee Najjar, better known as Big Poppa to fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, reportedly owes quite a bit of money to Uncle Sam. Lee is allegedly in the whole for a quarter of a million dollars in back taxes.
But the the developer is in bigger trouble! He seems to have also neglected to pay his light bill at the Union City Union Station Mall, and a spokesperson has contacted shop owners stating they are prepared to cut off the power.

That's an angry mob of mall workers and patrons royally pissed at Big Poppa!

Hope you've got enough money to weasel your way out of this one, Pops!

T.I Will Not Be Going To Jail

According to officials, he's doing enough time as it is.

You'll recall that last Septemeber, T.I. and his wife were busted for possession of a controlled substance.

This was a big no-no for T.I. as he is still on probation from his last offense.

However, the D.A.'s office has confirmed today that the rapper won't be facing any drug arrest charges in his case because he's already serving time behind bars as the arrest was a violation of his federal probation.

Now that's a lucky break onto itself, but it seems law enforcement insiders have also clued into some significant legal issues stemming for the night of T.I.'s arrest. For one thing, the cops who caught T.I. reported smelling marijuana, but none was ever submitted as evidence. Then, when T.I. made the illegal U-turn with his Maybach, he was reportedly pulled out of his vehicle without a registration check.

A double whammy offense by the coppers!

Sources are reporting that though their were strong leads suggested that Jesse James and Kat Von D had broken off their fling, new information suggests differently. According to witnesses, James was spotted with Kat on Saturday having dinner at the El Compadre Mexican restaurant in West Hollywood. We're told they were spotted kissing and chatting at their table!

Jon Makes ANOTHER Statement About Kids

Looks like Jon Gosselin has A LOT to say about his fight to get his kids off of TV.

Here's a statement he made via Twitlonger:

Due to the overwhelming amount of questions, statements, false statements in the media, I would like to clarify a few things.

First and foremost, for people who did not watch Jon & Kate Plus 8, I stated years ago, and on television, that I no longer wanted to film and wanted my privacy back. This is not a decision I made lightly or without weighing all the factors involved. The negative effects on my family was my greatest concern and far outweigh any monetary gain we received. Today, my children are much older than when we first started. They are acutely aware their life is markedly different from their peers. They are six, and ten, and have to deal with the paparazzi! They can’t visit a public place without a crowd gathering to stare or people snapping pictures with cell phones.

Whether the children want to film or not is completely irrelevant. Children rely on the guidance of the adults in their life to ensure their best interest. Left to their own most children would not eat properly, visit the dentist, or complete their homework. Do you think a child would choose a day on the beach instead of attending school? Of course. Is this the best thing for them? Is it the child’s decision to make? Of course not.

I am acutely aware of the mistakes I made in 2009 and I am ashamed of the choices I made. I have apologized to Kate, my family, and to my friends. Through counseling I have learned to own my actions. My goal is to move forward in a positive direction.

Lastly, my children have experienced a lot of life changes in a short period of time; new home, new school, parents divorced, increased media attention, and much more. Obviously it would be short-sighted to declare that all of their current struggles are attributed to one factor. These multiple changes are exactly why I feel they need privacy, stability, and security. Filming and displaying their private lives at this time is not in their best interest.

Jon is NOT going to gain any popularity with Kate for this statement.

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham has found love again, but her bad-boy boyfriend has a dark secret.

One Teen Mom Could Be Facing Felony Charges!!!!!

When Teen Mom Amber Portwood was filmed punching Gary Shirley in the head on the Sept. 28 episode of the show, with their baby Leah at her feet, she probably had no idea how much legal trouble the video could create!

Apparently domestic violence in front of a child under the age of 14 in Indiana can lead to felony charges, according to Caryn Burton, Training Director at the Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
HollywoodLife.com called the cops in Anderson, IND., who also confirmed the possibility of felony charges in Amber’s case.

And Amber’s legal woes don’t end there: Besides the felony charges, next is the investigation that is currently underway with the Department of Child Services.

We spoke to Ann Houseworth, Communications Director for the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS).  Houseworth told us in the state of Indiana, any one who sees abuse or suspects abuse of a child, are mandated to call the Indiana Child Abuse Hotline.
Charges can be filed against people who saw or suspected abuse if any had taken place.  The law is very clear: Right now the Indiana Department of Child Services is in the assessment phase of the investigation, Houseworth tells HollywoodLife.com.  This means that within 30 days from the start of the investigation, DCS will request interviews with parties involved; including friends, neighbors and any other witnesses.

Gary and Amber are going to be pretty busy when they get back from their Florida vacation next week, between the DCS investigation and their anticipated interviews with the Anderson Police Department’s investigation into domestic abuse by Amber against Gary.
